We kindly draw your attention to the important note in the pony measuring calendar concerning registrations. As from 1.1.2025 (VRs Article 1081.3), the Pony's National Federation (NF) is responsible for registering the Pony at the selected Pony Measuring Session and for checking that the pony is eligible to be registered according to the Veterinary Regulations. This is to avoid unnecessary travel for those ponies who are not eligible, in particular those ponies wishing to attend measuring sessions in another country. Owners/PRs should therefore contact their Pony's NF, by email, to register for their selected measuring session including measuring sessions in another country. Once the Pony's NF has checked their eligibility, the NF can either register the pony directly if the measuring session is managed by the Pony's NF or email the NF/Organiser of the measuring session to register the Pony. The contact details for each measuring session are indicated in the Pony Measuring Calendar.

I confirm that I agree to comply with and be bound by Horse Sport Ireland's General Rules, Horse Sport Ireland's Code of Conduct and the FEI General Regulations, Statutes, Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations of the Federation Equestre Internationale ("the FEI"), as amended from time to time. I agree and confirm that in presenting the above named Pony for FEI Official Measuring, that I will be subject to, and will I comply with the aforementioned rules. I consent to the use by Horse Sport Ireland in print, digital and electronic media, of photographic, sound and video images of my image, my likeness and my name for the purpose of promoting Horse Sport Ireland, the FEI Pony Measuring and Cavan Equestrian Centre. FURTHERMORE, I/we understand that pursuant to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016, my consent is required for Horse Sport Ireland to process personal data which it may have in its possession concerning me including direct disclosure to third parties such as, but not limited to, the FEI, FEI Vets, FEI Stewards, Cavan Equestrian Centre, relevant Horse Sport Ireland Affiliate organisations, HSI's High Performance Programme Committee members and HSI's HP administrators.
I understand that the FEI may undertake FEI Anti-Doping Equine Testing at the Measuring and the Pony Owner will be deemed the Person Responsible.
I understand that Cavan Equestrian Centre is the official FEI Pony Measuring Centre for 2025 and Cavan Equestrian Centre is responsible for administration services relating to the FEI Pony Measuring, on behalf of HSI. I consent to the processing of any information relating to me, either contained within this form or otherwise, for the purpose of administration services relating to FEI registration and measuring. I note that Cavan Equestrian Centre will only process my data for the purpose of administration of the FEI Pony Measuring 2025.
I confirm that I have reviewed Horse Sport Ireland's Data Protection and Privacy policies (available at www.horsesportireland.ie on request) and I note that HSI will only process my personal data for legitimate business purposes and/or where required by law. All processing will have due regard to the DPA 2018 and GDPR 2016. I note that this personal data may include sensitive personal data, as defined within the DPA and GDPR, the processing of which requires my explicit consent. I note that HSI and Cavan Equestrian will honour my rights and freedoms at all times, including my rights as a data subject, as long as there is no other overriding law which limits those privileges.
